We reserved for 3 nights last week. We had The best time in this quaint area with lots of nightlife! The inn exceeded our expectations. We stayed at palmetto building room D. It was very clean and appointed with all amenities you can need. Bed was so comfortable. Last time we were in town, we stayed at the Marriott downtown Charleston and it seemed so impersonal. This area is a hotspot for nightlife and it feels very homey. Very different than that feeling of the Marriott. We also locked ourselves out of our room twice while sitting on the bench on the balcony. Renee rescued us the first night and Amy rescued us the second night somehow They were happy to help us! We visited The restaurant and bar and the customer service was impeccable. The customer service here is amazing and we highly recommend you visiting this spot!
The Inn exceeded my expectations! Our room with a balcony was well appointed and we appreciated the details such as a noise machine, mini fridge, microwave and stocked bathroom, including great robes. The service provided by the team is top notch, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, but felt tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We visited the Country Club and appreciated use of those amenities. I highly recommend the Inn at I'On and we plan to stay with them again. Don't miss out on the great breakfast - delivered to your room :)
This is the best Choice Hotel available! Trust me when I say that I have stayed at several Choice hotels in the past. The location is great. The rooms and hotel in general take you back in time. The staff is AMAZING! Amy and Renee are just wonderful and will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfy as possible! We will definitely be coming back!

We had an incredible stay at The Inn at I’On! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was truly outstanding- warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and their friendliness made such a difference throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely beautiful-charming, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with lots of small touches that made it feel extra special. One of the biggest (and most unexpected!) highlights was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and such a great way to start each morning. If you’re looking for a boutique stay with true Southern hospitality, beautiful rooms, and the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression, The Inn at I’On is it. Can’t recommend it enough, we’ll definitely be back!
